Couples & Relationships

Being in relationship is one of the most rewarding and challenging things we do. My approach is informed by PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy®), which blends attachment theory, developmental neuroscience and arousal regulation to help partners function securely within a shared vision. I've supported couples through pre-marital, co-habitation, parenting, and separation stages. Together we can:

Though I work with clients in a variety of positions, I offer specialized support for leaders, execs and founders in high-stress work environments. My 10+ years of business experience at Fortune 100s and tech startups from Series A to IPO gives me unique insight into the pressures that come with managing a business and life outside of work. I help clients:

Individuals

I help individual clients get to the core of what's causing their suffering, and learn new ways to get through hard times that don't rely on self-criticism, numbing out, burnout, and hyper-productivity. I often support highly sensitive people (HSPs), people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, panic, stress, and depression, and those who struggle with perfectionism. Working together, we can:

• Build resilience, self-compassion and mindfulness skills

• Deepen self-awareness and explore relationships with others

Teens & Young Adults

Teen and young adult experiences are full of big emotions and experimentation. I've worked with young people age 14+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, substance use, sexuality, and questions of identity. I integrate support for parents as needed. My younger clients will:

• Receive judgment-free and accurate information to make decisions about drugs, alcohol, sex, and relationships

• Learn helpful strategies for coping with difficult experiences they can put into practice right away

• Learn to navigate life with awareness and intention
